Comment générer un retour ?

Vous avez la possibilité de retourner les articles si ceux-ci ne correspondent pas. Toutefois, il existe certaines conditions :

- Notifier la demande de retour en cliquant sur le bouton "Faire une demande de retour" depuis vos détails de commande dans votre compte client. Cette demande doit être réalisée dans les 14 jours après la livraison de votre commande à votre domicile ou à votre point relais ET dans les mêmes délais, votre colis retour doit être déposé dans le point relais du transporteur indiqué sur votre étiquette de retour :

• Connectez-vous sur votre compte client

• Rendez-vous dans la rubrique : "Mes commandes"

• Sélectionnez la commande concernée et cliquez sur "Détails"

• Cliquez ensuite sur le bouton "Faire une demande de retour"

• Vous arrivez ensuite sur le formulaire de retour. Votre numéro de commande et votre adresse email sont pré-remplis. Cochez la case "J'accepte la politique de confidentialité" pour continuer et cliquez sur "Étape suivante"

• Choisissez les articles que vous souhaitez retourner

• Indiquez, pour chaque article, s'il s'agit d'un retour "standard" (exemples : vous avez changé d'avis, la taille ne convient pas, etc.) ou d'un retour "défaut ou erreur", c'est-à-dire si vous avez identifié un défaut ou si vous avez reçu un article avec une erreur de taille ou de modèle

• Indiquez votre préférence entre un bon d'achat ou un remboursement*

• Indiquez le motif de retour pour chaque article retourné

• Vous pouvez également entrer un message personnalisé et y ajouter une ou plusieurs images pour étayer vos propos

• Une fois votre demande complétée, passez à l'étape suivante et validez votre demande de retour

• Un email de confirmation de votre demande vous sera alors envoyé. Il contiendra le processus de retour à suivre afin de retourner vos articles

*Si un bon d'achat/carte-cadeau a été utilisé lors du paiement de votre commande, le remboursement se fera en priorité sur celui-ci.

- Les produits doivent être retournés non portés, non lavés, non détériorés, non usés avec leurs étiquettes d’origine.
- Les articles seront renvoyés à charge du client via le même transporteur que celui de votre commande initiale, à l’aide de l’étiquette qui sera disponible dans l'email de procédure de retour.
- À noter que l’adresse de retour est déjà pré-encodée sur l’étiquette RETOUR.
- Si l’emballage d’origine est trop détérioré, le client peut utiliser son propre packaging renforcé.

En cas de non respect de ces consignes, le produit retourné sera considéré comme étant non-conforme à notre politique de retour et ne sera pas remboursé.

Combien coûte un retour ?

Les frais de port RETOUR sont à charge du client. Ils seront déduits automatiquement du montant total du remboursement après le traitement de votre retour. Le prix dépend du pays à partir duquel vous renvoyez le colis ET du transporteur choisi lors de votre commande.

France :

- Pour toute commande envoyée avec le transporteur Chronopost, le retour est réalisé par Chronopost et s’élève à 7€*.

- Pour toute commande envoyée avec le transporteur Mondial Relay, le retour est réalisé par Chronopost et s’élève à 4€*.

* Si vous avez bénéficié d’un envoi gratuit lors de votre commande, grâce à l’utilisation d’un bon d’achat ou grâce au montant de votre commande qui vous a permis d'atteindre la livraison gratuite ( rq : uniquement en Belgique, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas et en France), et si l'entièreté de la commande est retournée, alors les frais d'envois et les frais de retours vous sont alors facturés.

Pourquoi les retours sont-ils payants ?

Chez Petiote, nous prônons une approche réfléchie du shopping en ligne et souhaitons sensibiliser nos clientes à celle-ci. En effet, les retours "gratuits" encouragent une culture de l'excès et de la surconsommation alors que l’on pourrait acheter de manière plus éclairée et consciencieuse.

Chaque retour a non seulement un impact sur l’environnement et sur notre empreinte carbone mais aussi représente un coût non-négligeable pour l'entreprise (frais de port, traitement logistique…).

Où déposer mon colis ?

Une fois votre étiquette générée et imprimée, il vous suffira de la coller sur votre colis retour et de le déposer dans un relais Chronopost.

Les colis retours mettent plus de temps que les envois à revenir, il faut compter 10 jours ouvrables. Quand le suivi indiquera « livré », ils seront livrés dans notre entrepôt. Ensuite, notre équipe les traitera le plus rapidement possible. Vous en serez avertie par e-mail !
